After what I've heard you did, no you won't.
You had recieved multiple warnings, and infractions for your temper, and even ignored a 24-hour ban for it.
It's best to start anew, to disguise yourself, and remake the friends you had (not automatically adding them, as it would cause suspicion)

Based on the actions you took to inevitably become banned, you have no chance, no matter how many times you ask or beg, to get it back.

the best choice to either go back to SEGA or talk to ssfan is to make a second account, seeing as you weren't IP banned, without a Sonaze themed avatar, or signature, or any sig/avvi you've used before, and to just talk to ssfan, then leave...

No we won't. What part of

"you were permanently banned from SEGA" does there sem to be a problem about? It was apparent you were flaming, you were caught flaming, and you violated a ban. There's no way you'll be able to go back on your original account, because of the charges you hve for being banned. What, are you saying "it wasn't me" or I just want to talk to ssfan? that won't work. It's been proven numerous times.
