How did you Become a Sonic Fan?

Seeing that we are all Sonic fans, we have all at some point became interested to the point that we now discuss about the series in the way that we do today. Still we have all become fans of the series in numerous different ways. How did you become a fan of the series?

Sonic the Hedgehog 2. It got me hooked

When I was three, I watched Sonic Underground, then, when I was seven, I played SA2, shortly after, I got a Gamecube and Sonic Mega collection, I got good enough to beat Sonic 2 up until Silver sonic in one play through by the age of eight. I still played the games, playing SA:DX and SA2 once again after that, beating both. and, after a fww more minor Sonic-related details, I morphed into the Knuckles fan you see before you.

i was 5 when i saw and wanted adreamcast but i waited and got the ps2 instead completing my playstation lineup and allowing me to get rid of my ps1 then i moved to west new york state and met a friend who was also a gamer and we played some star wars BF 2 (i was 13) and we got bored so he put in shadow the hedgehog and we had Uber fun... long story short I bought SA2B and downloaded sonic 2 for my wii and now i'm the person yous ee before you

When I was young, I played the first Sonic games. Since then, I've been a fan of Sonic.

Playing SA2 (well more obseving other people play it) in that horrible, awful, humiliating place known as the Boys and Girls Club.

I played Sonic 3 & Knuckles with my brother a lot, but when Sonic Adventure came out when I was 5, it really got me hooked.

SA2B got me hooked.

If you play Sonic games and like them then you're considered a fan.

When I got A genesis and Sonic 1 on my 5th birthday 10 years ago. (Do your math, foo.)

Well, the first I evr heard of the guy was um.. I wanna say 2002, I had gotten a Gamecube for Christmas, to my surprise (We never had any video games beofre), and later that year my dad came home with SA2B. My sister and I played it nonstop for the next month. I got hooked there and then.
