Subject: Transition from Sonic 2 to Sonic 3 Sun May 31, 2009 2:17 pm
As many of you have noticed, there was an extremely large transition in terms of graphics, music, and even level design. The sprites within Sonic 3 are much more detailed to the Sonic 2 versions, as were the Zones. What did you think of the extremely large transition between the two?

it was a platformer so as long as you moved left to right and jumped i was cool

I think the same. Sonic was becoming more 1999-ish in this game.
